Into our shells our heads are put
As we cry in secret,
Groan in depression
Tears flow in millions
but only our Pillows can testify to that.

This coat our parents made
We put, though unwilling
But takes the fate we see
We live to wait
Waiting for a miracle
That’s seems not to come

To be this way, a choice we never made.
To live this way, a nightmare to us
But our strength indelible
We live with heads straight up.
Not giving up on ourselves
We live but with courage
We’re humans, we yell for love,
Love we seek.
Today is ours, let’s get
That dose of love we deserve.
